Access to Student’s personal data is only limited and restricted to certain staff as passwords are used to regulate usage for those involved.
Student’s personal data will only be used for communication between the Centre and for other internal adminstrative purposes. Some form of written permission needs to be given by Student if personal data is used for external marketing or to be released to 3rd parties.
Data will only be released to third parties, if government authorities or agencies require the information.
